Role Overview
Rustorange is looking for a dynamic and result-driven Area Sales Manager to oversee multiple store operations and drive revenue growth across locations. The ideal candidate should have strong leadership skills, retail expertise, and the ability to manage store teams while ensuring brand standards and sales targets are achieved.
Key Responsibilities
- Manage and monitor performance of multiple retail stores
- Drive monthly and quarterly sales targets across locations
- Recruit, train, and supervise Store Managers & Fashion Consultants
- Ensure visual merchandising and brand guidelines are maintained
- Analyze sales reports, inventory levels, and customer trends
- Plan local marketing and promotional activities
- Ensure high levels of customer satisfaction and service standards
- Coordinate with HO for stock planning and operational support
Requirements
- 46 years of experience in retail sales management (Fashion/Ethnic preferred)
- Strong leadership and team management skill
- Excellent communication in English and Hindi
- Strong analytical and reporting skills
- Ability to travel within assigned area
- Target-driven and performance-oriented
