Job Purpose
- Overall responsibility for activities at Vodafone stores & Franchisee spanning customer service, store-level sales and revenue targets across all products (voice post-paid/ prepaid, data etc.)
Key Result Areas/Accountabilities
- Drive and facilitate best-in-class customer experience across formats, through rigorous system and process compliance and Customer-Centricity as the DNA.
- Drive various revenue KRAs like Postpaid Sales , Plan Upgrade , Premium Number Sale etc at Large Format Stores and Franchisee stores to ensure profitable operations
- Expansion of franchisee partners
- Manage a large team of Full time employess and associates to drive the sales and service agenda
- Contribute to the business performance by acquiring high quality postpaid customers. Lift up the base revenue through upselling higher value plans and mobility plus products.
- Ensure Channel and Store Profitability by driving scale, optimizing opex, and leveraging new lines of businesses.
- Drive a high engagement agenda and a performance culture along with investment in learning & development. Promote HSW and Diversity.
- Drive a Digital First culture in the Retail function in the cluster
