Job Description

1.Develop and execute sales strategies to achieve revenue targets and expand market share in the LAP mortgage.

2. Manage and maintain relationships with existing customers.

3. Identify and pursue new business opportunities through prospecting, networking, and market research.

4. Negotiate and close sales deals to meet or exceed sales targets.

5. Provide market feedback and competitive insights to inform sales strategies and product development.

6. Manage and maintain accurate sales records, reports, and forecasts.

Requirements

1. Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, Finance.

2. Minimum 5-7 years of sales experience in the mortgage or banking industry, preferably in a portfolio management or sales leadership role.

3. Strong understanding of LAP mortgage products, pricing, and regulatory requirements.

4. Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
