Job Description

We are seeking an Area Manager to drive business acquisition and growth by identifying and acquiring new corporate clients for salary account tie-ups. You will be responsible for leading and mentoring a team of Relationship Managers, managing client relationships to ensure high service standards, and ensuring all operations adhere to internal policies and regulatory requirements. This role requires a focus on meeting monthly and quarterly acquisition and revenue targets while fostering a productive and compliant team environment.

Roles & Responsibilities:

  • Business Acquisition & Growth: Identify and acquire new corporates for salary account tie-ups. Drive the penetration and onboarding of employees under existing corporate tie-ups and meet monthly and quarterly acquisition and revenue targets.
  • Client Relationship Management: Develop and maintain strong relationships with key stakeholders in corporates, including HR heads, finance teams, and decision-makers. Ensure high service standards and effective query resolution for both corporates and their employees.
  • Team Management: Manage, mentor, and lead a team of Relationship Managers and Sales Executives. Monitor team performance and provide training and coaching to improve productivity.
  • Compliance and Reporting: Ensure adherence to internal policies, regulatory requirements, and compliance standards. Provide timely reports and business updates to management.

Skills Required:

  • Proven experience in business acquisition and growth, specifically in corporate tie-ups.
  • Strong skills in client relationship management and providing high service standards.
  • Experience in managing, mentoring, and leading a sales team.
  • Excellent understanding of compliance standards and regulatory requirements.
  • Strong communication, leadership, and reporting skills.

QUALIFICATION:

  • Bachelor's degree in Business, Finance, or a related field, or equivalent experience.
