Key Responsibilities
- Lead and manage a high-performing team to deliver exceptional service, ensuring alignment with company objectives and customer satisfaction standards
- Develop and implement customer engagement strategies that foster long-term relationships and drive repeat business
- Monitor and analyze customer feedback to identify areas for improvement and ensure service excellence across all touchpoints
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to enhance service delivery and support overall business goals
- Achieve a minimum of 90% customer satisfaction score through effective team management and engagement initiatives
- Increase customer retention rates by at least 15% year-over-year by implementing targeted customer engagement strategies
- Enhance team productivity by 20% through effective leadership and performance management practices.
- Drive continuous improvement in service delivery metrics, resulting in a reduction of customer complaints by 25%
Ideal Candidate
- Proven experience in team management and customer management, with a strong focus on customer engagement
- 8+ years of experience
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to motivate and inspire a diverse team
- Strong analytical skills to assess customer feedback and service performance metrics
- Ability to work collaboratively in a fast-paced environment and adapt to changing business needs
