Area Manager - QSR

From a small kiosk setup of 50 sq. ft., the brand has grown significantly, now operating 27 outlets, some spanning over 1,800 sq. ft. We are seeking an Area Manager to lead the operations and success of multiple outlets in Bengaluru. This full-time, on-site role involves overseeing day-to-day restaurant operations, ensuring excellent customer service, implementing corporate strategies, and meeting performance targets. The Area Manager will recruit, train, and mentor store managers, monitor sales performance, manage budgets, maintain brand standards, and resolve customer concerns. This role demands strong problem-solving abilities, a hands-on approach to management, and a passion for delivering high-quality dining experiences.

• Experience in restaurant or QSR management, including operations management, staff training, and multitasking in a fast-paced environment.
• Strong leadership, team-building, and conflict-resolution skills.
• Exceptional customer service and communication skills.
• Ability to analyze financial performance, manage budgets, and achieve operational KPIs.
• Knowledge of food safety, hygiene standards, and compliance requirements.
• Flexibility to travel within the city and work across different locations as needed.
• Proficient in using restaurant management tools and MS Office.
• Bachelor's degree in Hospitality, Business Management, or a related field is preferred but not mandatory.
• Previous experience in QSR or food retail operations is a strong advantage.
