Job Role Summary
We are looking for an experienced Retail Sales & Operations professional to lead business growth, drive profitability, and manage multi-store retail operations. The candidate will be responsible for handling sales performance, customer experience, operational efficiency, and overall P&L management while ensuring smooth retail operations across outlets.
Key Responsibilities
Manage Sales & Operations for a city or multiple retail outletsHandle P&L management for minimum 10+ retail stores
Drive annual sales targets of ₹10 Cr
Ensure excellent customer service and operational efficiency across stores
Monitor store performance, profitability, and sales productivity
Analyze MIS reports, margins, profitability, and operational metrics
Lead and manage store teams to achieve business targets
Identify new business opportunities and expansion strategies
Requirements
6+ years of experience in Retail Sales & Operations
Strong understanding of Retail Processes, Sales & Profitability
Experience in managing multi-store operations and business growth
Good knowledge of MIS reporting, margins, and P&L management
Strong leadership, communication, and team management skills
