Process Raw Coal throughput by achieving target feed rate in operation hours as per AOP.
Achieve Prime & Secondary Products in quantity & quality as per AOP by monitoring loss analysis and implementing DailyManagement.
Achieve Operational cost by optimization of Process consumables as per AOP.
Data analysis & process optimization.
Drive Improvement and capacity up gradation projects at washery II level.
Compliance to all statutory and legal requirements, IMS Standards and the safety standards laid by Tata Steel.
Skills
Develop related short / long term annual business / operation plans.
Review compliance to annual plans, to cost and quality targets, and suggest mid course corrections.
Review compliance to QEHS. Achieve target feed rate in operation hours as per AOP. Monitor loss analysis and take corrective action.
Improve separation efficiency of coal fines.
Maintaining CC shift ash in the target range Maintaining CC shift moisture < 12.5%.
VBF operation, co-ordination with maintenance. Maintain Middling ash in the range as per plan. Optimize consumption of process reagents & Magnetite as
per AOP.
Zero discharge of Plant effluents outside, 1s and 2s of the Plant.

Implementation of Safety Excellence Management System and Contractor Safety Responsible for safety of self and all the manpower working in the plant.
Safety of machine Management Standard Maintain and improve safe working condition in the related area.
Build and monitor systems to mitigate the hazards and risk involved in the process.
Prepare SOPs for the related areas Conduct communication meeting like tool box meeting, departmental communication meeting on regular basis.
Improve the effectiveness of shop floor training by introducing visual S.O. P's with complete involvement of shop floor people.
Ensure a safer working environment for men and material. Implement total safety at work sites as per Company's norms.
Improvement of skill and knowledge of people Create an ambience of high level of innovation and implementation.
Drive, review and monitor continuous improvement initiatives. Initiate action for professional development of employees in Washery - II.
Involve and train people on TQM and Continuous Improvement philosophy. Knowledge of TQM Philosophy viz. Daily Management, TPM, TBM, CBM etc.

Operation expenditure within budget through
- Monitoring of Operation cost month wise and keep it in targeted budget.
