Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role located in Tiruchirapalli for an Area Manager. The Area Manager will be responsible for overseeing sales operations, managing teams, achieving sales targets, and building strong relationships with healthcare providers and business partners. The role involves developing and implementing strategic plans to enhance market presence and expand the customer base. The Area Manager will also provide leadership and mentorship to sales teams, monitor market trends, and ensure compliance with company standards and policies.

Qualifications

  • Proven skills in sales, territory management, and sales target achievement
  • Excellent leadership skills with experience in team management and motivation
  • Strong capability in market research and strategic planning
  • Knowledge and experience in pharmaceutical sales, particularly in infertility and gynecology segments, is a plus
  • Outstanding communication, relationship-building, and interpersonal skills
  • Proficiency in analyzing market data and generating actionable insights
  • Bachelor's degree in business, healthcare, pharmacy, or a related field (Master's degree is an asset)
  • Ability to work on-site in Akuhaito and travel within the territory as required
  • Commitment to ethical business practices and compliance with industry standards
