Responsibilities:

• Business Development: Drive business growth and market expansion in Gondla and Chindwada locations.
• Marketing Strategy: Develop and implement marketing strategies for JEE & PMT segments to achieve targets.
• Team Coordination: Collaborate with sales and marketing teams to execute regional plans effectively.
• Client Engagement: Build and maintain strong relationships with schools, coaching centers, and other relevant stakeholders.
• Performance Monitoring: Track sales performance, analyze market trends, and identify new business opportunities.
• Reporting: Prepare regular reports on regional business performance and share insights with senior management.
• Budget & Resource Management: Optimize marketing budgets and allocate resources efficiently to maximize ROI.
• Compliance: Ensure adherence to company policies and industry standards in all marketing and business development activities.
