Role Description
To plan and execute the Mining operation with optimum utilization of resources for supply of ROM to meet the overall requirement of Coal/ Iron with 100 % compliance to company policy, safety standards and Statutory requirement. Take corrective and preventive action, as required. Co-ordination between shifts, preparation of monthly and annual returns.
Technical Competencies
- Knowledge of face operations, drilling, blasting, strata support
- Safety hazards and mitigation measures in open cast working
- Thorough understanding of Mines Act, MMR, and related acts.
- Working knowledge of MS Office, SAP, etc.
Diverse candidates shall be preferred.
