Role Description
Responsible for executing operations of the LCP area of SMS at TSK. He need to achieve or exceed the budgetary targets of output, quality & cost as per customer satisfaction and ensure adherence to the annual operating plan.
- Job Responsibilities:
- Implement quality and safety systems and inculcate a culture of safety in the department
- Execute the processes at the LCP area to satisfy the requirement of SMS
- Execute the production activities as per the monthly targets
- Ensure the quality and cost of production to meet customer requirements
- Implement new process, improvements to meet customer demand, achieve greater savings, reduced wastage and higher productivity
- Management of human resources of the LCP area
Skills
- Understanding of the steel making process TQM capability
- Analytical ability Knowledge of requirements under IATF
- Understanding of the steel making process TQM capability
- Analytical ability Knowledge of requirements under IATF
Other Details
B.E/ B. TECH in Metallurgy/Mechanical or equivalent
5-8 years of Experience in operations of steel plant.
