Area Manager – (Kerala) | Curefoods
About the Role
Curefoods is seeking a hands-on Area Manager to drive end-to-end cloud kitchen operations across multiple locations in Kerala. You will manage large teams on the ground, ensure strict operational discipline, and maintain a relentless focus on food quality, efficiency, and customer experience.
Key Responsibilities:
Drive Daily Operations: Oversee multi-brand cloud kitchens, ensuring smooth functioning, high productivity, and zero operational errors.
Control Inventory & Quality: Manage stock accuracy, minimize wastage, and strictly enforce food safety and hygiene SOPs.
Lead the Team: Own manpower planning, hiring, training, and daily rostering for all assigned kitchen staff.
Own the Metrics: Hit core KPIs, including order accuracy, dispatch timelines, and customer satisfaction (CSAT).
Collaborate & Travel: Work closely with central support (HR, Supply Chain, Quality) and travel frequently across your assigned kitchens to manage on-the-ground execution.
Candidate Requirements
Experience: 3–6 years managing multiple outlets in QSR, Cloud Kitchens, Bakeries, or Food Retail.
Skills: Hands-on leadership style with strong expertise in kitchen operations, inventory control, and workforce management.
Languages: Hindi is mandatory. Proficiency in English, Malayalam, or Tamil is a strong advantage.
