Job Role

Interact regularly with Branch-In-Charge to set targets achieve required sales for Multiple products for Rural Markets.

Recruitment, Handling and grooming of the Sales Team in presentation selling skills.

Make joint calls with sales team, if required.

Training for competence development of Branch-In-Charge.

Provide inputs to develop marketing strategies and marketing support to Sales Staff.

Driving Sales Processes.

Identifying and networking with financially strong and reliable Dealers, resulting in deeper market penetration and reach.

Implementing effective strategies to maximize sales and accomplishment of targets.

Demonstrate consistency and maturity in sales forecasting processes.

Ensure all reports are consistent in quality: accurate, complete and on time.

To lead the team to meet the business targets of revenue and profitability of the branches under Area.

Monitoring performance of Branches in terms of key drivers i.e.Contributed Values/ Volumes / Profitability / Expenses / Losses.

Employee Retention.

Employee Productivity.

Customer experience.

Managing Incentive Schemes.

Key Responsibilities

Responsible for smooth flow of process relating to Sales and Operations.

Understanding and management of Business Productivity.
