Job Description

Key Deliverables:

  • Execute strategic plans for the D2C business to drive revenue, optimize distribution, and enhance channel productivity.
  • Spearhead delivery of Postpaid and Broadband business lines, ensuring Airtel becomes the preferred provider in assigned residential areas.
  • Manage store operations, ensuring profitability, operational excellence, and enhanced customer experience across all locations.
  • Build partnerships with RWAs and external stakeholders to expand Airtel's D2C footprint and maintain service excellence.
  • Monitor and drive performance of Territory and Store Managers, ensuring alignment with business goals and developing future leaders.

Role Responsibilities:

  • Drive market coverage, customer engagement, and visibility of D2C products through optimized channel strategies.
  • Ensure effective risk mitigation by staying ahead of regulatory and market changes.
  • Analyze trends and competitive landscape to provide insights for business strategy.
  • Collaborate with internal functions (marketing, HR, finance) to ensure seamless execution of retail initiatives.
  • Lead people development through regular performance reviews, training programs, and talent grooming.
