Job Purpose
Objective is to create a virtuous cycle of improvement in our product & process to increase ease for our DMS Field team to run their daily activities.
- Ensuring timely delivery of project & respective deliverables
- Ensuring timely communication to stakeholders on project deliverables
- Tracking of project assigned & deliverables as per defined and agreed timelines
- Responsible UI/UX for management of operational issues and interface with IT delivery managers, business units and QA team for resolution
- Preparation of management MIS on various IT projects and deliveries
- Understand change requirements and evaluate to take decision on selection of processes for automation based on impact and extent of change
Duties And Responsibilities
- Project planning and reporting
- Management of DMS Mobility App and Web Portal
- Project Management for end-to-end process & solutioning of DMS features in mobility app and web portal
- Responsible for managing project management components like project requirement gathering, to perform UAT and support post go live
- Strong technology adoption, project delivery and domain experience in Debt Management services
- Responsible for managing & defining solutions for business requirements with respect to system fitment with keeping operational process in center
- Process KPI monitoring

- To execute cross-functional digital projects maintain and manage agreed timeline
Major Challenges
- To execute cross-functional digital projects as per agreed timeline and in-line with RBI, legal & compliance guidelines.
- To solve problems for issues that may emerge in the fulfillment space in course of a cross-functional digital project.
- Identify high customer impact processes within fulfillment and transform them via digital.
- To make sure real time product & platform support to field team
Required Qualifications And Experience
Postgraduate with Project Management skill set or Engineering Graduates
More than 3+ years of experience in financial industry
Experience in Project Management, Payment platform & channels, Semi technical understanding of APIs, Loan life cycle understanding. Mobile App designing & development delivery will be an added advantage
