Kitchens to Manage: 5–6 cloud kitchens
About the RoleWe are looking for a hands-on Area Manager stationed in Cochin to oversee 5–6 cloud kitchens. You will be responsible for driving efficiency, managing kitchen staff, and ensuring flawless order execution.
Key Responsibilities- Operations: Manage end-to-end daily operations across all assigned kitchens.
- Accuracy: Drive zero operational errors and ensure zero wrong order deliveries.
- Inventory: Handle complete inventory management and maintain strict stock accuracy.
- Team Leadership: Lead staff hiring, onboarding, and continuous training.
- Tech Coordination: Train teams on managing multi-LAN operations to ensure seamless workflow.
- On-Ground Management: Work directly from the kitchens and adapt to flexible working hours.
Requirements- Language:Hindi is mandatory (our chefs communicate in Hindi). English, Malayalam, or Tamil is an added advantage.
- Experience: Prior experience in F&B or cloud kitchen operations. A background in bakery operations is highly preferred.
- Work Style: Proactive, hands-on problem solver with strong leadership skills.
