Job Description

  • 7+ years of experience in sales or channel management in the retail industry
  • Develop and maintain strong relationships with channel partners
  • Implement strategies to meet sales targets and grow the channel

  • Train and support channel partners to improve their performance
  • Oversee the execution of marketing campaigns and promotions within the channel
  • Collaborate with internal teams to ensure alignment of channel strategies
  • Strong communication and negotiation skills
  • Bachelor's degree in any field; MBA is mandatory
  • Experience with CRM software and MS Office
  • Ability to travel as needed to meet with channel partners and attend meetings

Responsibilities

Requirements

  • MBA/PGDM as highest qualification
  • 7+ years of experience in sales or channel management within the retail sector.
  • Proficiency in CRM software and MS Office applications.
  • Strong communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
  • Willingness to travel as necessary to engage with channel partners and attend relevant meetings.
