Job Description

Location Name: Vijayawada

Job Purpose

This position is open with Bajaj Finance ltd.

Duties And Responsibilities

  • Engage with channel partners to build and strengthen relationship
  • Build distribution for Sales business.
  • Manage productivity by fixing productivity parameters for ASMs/SM's/PSF, monitoring performance against set parameters and weekly review with the ASMs and monthly review with the sales teams.
  • Achieving & exceeding Business goals.
  • Creating a strong & compliant sales culture across to drive acquisitions, profitability and employee development.
  • Ensuring highest levels of employee relationship, motivation & engagement to drive results & high levels of employee satisfaction.
  • Ensuring that Goals, PMS discussions, Development Plan discussions, ongoing coaching and feedback, skip level meetings are done on time and in an effective manner.
  • Effectively engage Operations & Risk teams to understand and contribute to overall processes & profitability across locations.
  • Managing Collections of the acquired portfolio for the Region
  • Employee will have to travel to meet all Dealers & help SMs to source Business for entire Region.

Required Qualifications And Experience


1. Graduation with 8 to 10 years and MBA with 6-8 years of relevant experience.

  • Relevant sales experience in managing large sales channels in multiple market environments
  • Prior & relevant experience in the Financial Services Industry would be an added advantage.
  • Demonstrated success & achievement orientation.
  • Excellent communication & relationship skills.
  • Strong bias for action & driving results in a high-performance environment.
  • Demonstrated ability to lead from the front.
  • Strong analytical skills to drive channel performance and drive profitability.
  • Exceptionally high motivational levels and needs to be a self starter.
