Role Description The Area Manager – Auto Finance is a full-time, on-site role based in Jaipur, responsible for overseeing dealer relationships and driving loan origination within the assigned territory. This role includes managing and expanding a network of car dealerships, coordinating with lending partners and OEM representatives, and ensuring smooth end-to-end processing of auto finance applications on the CarCred platform. The Area Manager monitors performance metrics, identifies growth opportunities, and implements local strategies to increase conversion rates and portfolio quality. Day-to-day activities involve regular dealer visits, training teams on platform usage, resolving operational issues, and providing market feedback to internal stakeholders. The role also requires maintaining compliance with partner policies, preparing periodic reports, and collaborating closely with sales, operations, and risk teams.

Qualifications

• Experience in auto finance, retail lending, or financial services, with strong understanding of dealer operations and loan processes.
• Proven skills in relationship management, stakeholder engagement, and negotiation with dealerships, lenders, and OEM partners.
• Ability to analyze sales and portfolio data, track performance metrics, and implement action plans to meet regional targets.
• Strong communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills, with the capacity to train dealer staff and internal teams.
• Comfort with digital tools and platforms, including CRM systems, loan management systems, and basic productivity software.
• Demonstrated capability to work independently in the field, manage multiple accounts, and prioritize tasks in a fast-paced environment.
• Bachelor's degree in business, finance, management, or a related field; an MBA or equivalent postgraduate qualification is an advantage.
