Key Responsibilities :

• Lead and manage a team to achieve sales targets and enhance customer satisfaction in the designated area
• Develop and implement strategies for customer engagement, ensuring a strong focus on customer needs and expectations
• Foster a collaborative environment within the team, encouraging high performance and professional growth
• Monitor and analyze customer feedback and market trends to continuously improve service delivery
• Build and maintain strong relationships with key customers and stakeholders to drive business growth
• Achieve or exceed sales targets while maintaining a high level of customer satisfaction and loyalty
