Job Title: Area Manager – Academics

Role Summary
The Area Manager – Academics is responsible for the end-to-end implementation,
monitoring, and continuous improvement of Next Education's academic programs
across partner schools within the assigned region. This role serves as the single point
of contact for all academic matters for schools, ensuring effective utilization of
curriculum, digital tools, labs, and assessments to drive measurable teaching and
learning outcomes.
Key Responsibilities
Lead and manage the implementation of Next Education's academic programs across
assigned schools.
Conduct teacher training programs, orientations, and academic workshops to ensure
high-quality program delivery and adoption.
Monitor classroom practices and support schools in effective usage of curriculum,
digital content, labs, and assessment tools.
Coordinate the delivery, availability, and utilization of textbooks, teaching aids,
digital resources, and lab materials.
Ensure smooth execution of assessments, ERP systems, academic reporting, and
compliance processes.
Build and maintain strong relationships with school leadership, teachers, and internal
academic and operations teams.
Track program performance, identify implementation gaps, handle escalations, and
provide timely solutions.
Conduct academic audits, classroom observations, and data analysis to drive
continuous academic improvement.
Share regular reports, insights, and feedback with internal stakeholders to support
strategic decision-making.
Desired Skills & Competencies
Strong communication, presentation, and facilitation skills.
Proven experience in teacher training, academic operations, curriculum
implementation, or school program management.
High level of comfort with technology, ERP systems, and digital classroom tools.
Ability to manage multiple schools, stakeholders, and priorities effectively.
Strong problem-solving skills with a data-driven and solution-oriented approach.
Educational Qualifications
Graduate/Postgraduate in Education, Science, or a related field (preferred).
Relevant certifications in education, training, or academic leadership will be an added
advantage.
Additional Requirements
Mandatory travel (60%–80%) for regular school visits across the assigned area.
Must own a laptop and an Android mobile phone for official work.
