Job Description

Area Manager 811 Premier

Job Role :

  • Managing a portfolio of 800-900 customers
  • The Team Manager will be responsible for managing a Team of 10-12 Relationship Officers
  • Engaging with the mapped customers (via digital medium and physical meetings) to fulfil their service requirements
  • Increase the Relationship Value of mapped customers
  • Cross-Selling Investment Products (Mutual Funds, Demat Accounts, SIP etc.), Insurance Products ( Life and Non-Life), Credit Cards and Loans
  • Increase in Relationship Value of Portfolios mapped to Relationship Officers
  • Ensuring all mapped Relationship Officers are IRDAI and AMFI/EUIN certified

Job Requirements :

  • Minimum 8-10 years of Sales Experience
  • Prior team management experience of at least 3 years
  • Basic Excel knowledge and ability to perform non-complex data analysis
  • Basic understanding of Customer Relationship Management (CRM) tools like salesforce, CRM next
