Job Summary
We are seeking a dynamic Area Head – EV Finance to drive business growth, lead teams, and strengthen dealer and OEM partnerships while ensuring operational excellence and strong risk and compliance standards.
Key Responsibilities:
Business Development & Market Expansion
- Drive business growth for EV and automotive finance products across the assigned area.
- Build and strengthen relationships with dealers, OEMs, DSAs, and channel partners.
- Identify new market opportunities and execute area-level expansion strategies.
- Achieve business targets in line with company objectives.
Team Leadership & Performance Management
- Lead, manage, and develop large field teams to ensure high productivity and performance.
- Recruit, train, and mentor team members to build a strong and capable workforce.
- Monitor individual and team performance against defined KPIs.
Operational Excellence
- Ensure smooth day-to-day operations with strong process adherence and service delivery.
- Drive efficiency through structured processes and governance frameworks.
- Coordinate with credit, operations, and collections teams for seamless execution.
Risk & Compliance
- Ensure strict adherence to credit policies, risk controls, and compliance guidelines.
- Monitor portfolio quality and take corrective actions to manage delinquencies.
- Support audit requirements and ensure regulatory compliance.
Market Intelligence & Strategy
- Capture market trends, competitor insights, and customer feedback.
- Provide inputs for product improvement and strategic decision-making.
- Develop area-specific business plans based on market intelligence.
Required Skills & Competencies:
- Strong knowledge of auto loans, EV financing, and asset-backed lending products.
- Proven experience in business development and channel management.
- Excellent relationship-building and negotiation skills with dealers, OEMs, DSAs, and customers.
- Demonstrated ability to manage large teams and consistently achieve business targets.
- Strong understanding of risk management, compliance, and operational processes in NBFC/Fintech.
- Effective communication, leadership, and problem-solving skills.
Qualifications & Experience
- Graduate in any discipline (mandatory).
- Minimum 4 years of experience in NBFC / Fintech / Financial Services, preferably in EV finance, auto loans, or secured lending products.
- Experience in managing multi-location or area-level operations will be an advantage
