Area Head

Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role located in Hyderabad for the position of Area Head. The Area Head is accountable for overseeing and managing the financial operations, leading sales teams, ensuring customer satisfaction, and driving business growth within the assigned region. The role involves designing and executing sales strategies, developing long-term client relationships, ensuring achievement of business targets, and compliance with company policies. The Area Head serves as a key leader in identifying growth opportunities and ensuring seamless collaboration between multiple teams.

Qualifications

• Proficiency in Business Development and Sales Management with a focus on driving targets and building strategies
• Strong Customer Relationship Management skills to build and nurture lasting client relationships
• Ability to lead and manage diverse teams while delivering consistent performance
• Knowledge of financial products, credit analysis, and banking solutions
• Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills
• Minimum educational qualification: Bachelor's degree in Finance, Business Administration, or related field. MBA or equivalent postgraduate degree is an added advantage
• Relevant experience in the financial or banking sector, preferably in wholesale or retail financing
