Area Head - Affordable Housing loan

Key Responsibilities

• Manage and lead the affordable housing loan sales team to achieve business targets
• Drive sales of affordable housing and home loan products across the assigned area
• Develop and implement sales strategies to expand market share and grow the business
• Handle and strengthen DSA network to enhance sourcing and productivity
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams such as credit, operations, and risk for smooth processing
• Monitor team performance and provide coaching to improve productivity
• Ensure adherence to regulatory guidelines and internal company policies
• Identify new business opportunities and expand customer base
• Track market trends and competitor activities to refine sales approach
