Job Description

  • Assist ASM in breaking down numbers by SO HQs and planning targets; provide plan vs. achievement updates on agreed timelines
  • Plan NPD launches in geography as per central team directive w.r.t. visibility criteria, distribution targets, trade and incentive schemes
  • Drive all elements of loyalty programme in territory - target achievement, performance monitoring, share of self, assortment etc.
  • Drive effective implementation of various BTL plans for various categories
  • Driving key GTM interventions in the territory
  • Execution of IT enablement projects at ground level
  • Work with Branch Capability resources towards building ISR capabilities in territory
  • Master Data Management maintenance for distributors and field sales
  • Ensure review templates of geography with respect to key business KPIs are updated - NPDs, ECO, MSS
  • Monitor market trends and competitor activities
