Job Purpose
Nurturing multiple Cluster Credit Manager and Credit Managers, Collaboration with other stakeholders in achieving business book growth, with good portfolio quality, constantly raise highest level of benchmarks on TAT & customer experience, High Standards of Governance and Compliance.
Roles & Responsibilities
- Groom and mentor multiple cluster & credit teams.
- Maintaining good portfolio quality
- Collaboration with other stake holders in achieving business book growth.
- Maintain Highest Standard of customer experience, Governance, and compliance.
- Adapt and promote Digital.
- Vendor Management
Education Qualification
Graduation: BA / BCom / BSc / BBA / BCA / BE / BTech or any other graduate.
Post-graduation: MBA/PGDM
Experience: 10 to 18 years of experience.
