Nurturing multiple Cluster Credit Manager and Credit Managers, Collaboration with other stakeholders in achieving business book growth, with good portfolio quality, constantly raise highest level of benchmarks on TAT & customer experience, High Standards of Governance and Compliance.
Roles & Responsibilities
- Groom and mentor multiple credit managers.
- Maintaining Good portfolio quality
- Collaboration with other stake holders in achieving business book growth.
- Maintain Highest Standard of customer experience, Governance, and compliance.
- Adapt and promote Digital Initiatives.
- Vendor Management
Education Qualification
Graduation: Any Graduation (as per requirement).
Post-graduation: Any Post-graduation (as per requirement)
Experience: 7+ Years of Experience
