Job Description

Key Objective of the Job:

To drive Rural Individual Loan business underwriting and creating quality portfolio.

Major Deliverables:
. 1. Managing a team of Branch credit managers, Credit Executives.
. 2. Conduct personal discussion with customers to establish Credit worthiness.
. 3. Pre and post sanction credit risk compliance.
. 4. Responsible for controlling delinquencies through portfolio review especially monitoring non-starters portfolio.
. 5. Control on portfolio performance.
. 6. Underwrite Individual loan and prepare Credit Appraisal Memo (CAM).
. 7. Coordinate with sales to achieve targets and ensure TAT.
. 8. Support and train the team of Credit Manager/officers
. 9. Responsible for manpower
. 10. Knowledge understanding of local market.
. 11. Work closely with regional Credit Manager
. 12. Coordinate with internal teams like ICQ, Operational and sales.

Qualification : Graduate in any discipline.
