Job Description

Candidate is required to have product understanding for Term loans, Working capital and structural products.
Role is sector agnostic and following skills are required
Due diligence of corporate, group and promoters
Analysis of financials
Understanding Proposal related Industry and Market dynamics and application of the same in Credit assessments and stipulation of Risk mitigates.
Site visits and Personal discussions with Promoters/ CFO
Preparation of credit notes along with stipulation of deal specific covenants
Adherence of Internal Credit Policies and capturing the deviations accordingly in Credit Note
Approval / recommendation of credit limits and transaction
Monitoring of Portfolio companies
