Roles and Responsibilities

Credit Analysis & Underwriting

• Conduct thorough credit analysis of proposals and prepare credit notes.
• Facilitate faster deal closures by participating in deal structuring and credit enhancement.
• Balance business growth objectives with portfolio quality.

Customer Engagement

• Meet new and existing customers regularly to understand credit requirements.
• Develop strong relationships with clients to facilitate credit approvals and repeat business.

Portfolio Monitoring & Risk Management

• Continuously monitor the portfolio, identify stress accounts (early warning signals), and initiate corrective measures.
• Ensure continuous monitoring for all high-value exposures in the region.
• Raise early warning signals for stress accounts and take timely action for exit or resolution.

Market Intelligence & Compliance

• Develop market intelligence through interactions with competitors, key business groups, and CA firms.
• Ensure minimal audit queries including RBI and statutory audits, resolving them within prescribed timelines.

Performance Tracking

• Monitor portfolio performance regarding delinquencies, deferrals, and annual reviews/renewals.
• Maintain high-quality credit underwriting standards.
