Area Credit Manager - Construction Finance

• Evaluate credit proposals for construction and real estate finance, including financial and technical due diligence
• Conduct risk assessments, analyze project viability, promoter background, and market trends
• Ensure timely and accurate processing of credit applications in compliance with internal policies and RBI guidelines
• Monitor portfolio performance and flag early warning signals
• Coordinate with business teams, legal, technical, and risk for end-to-end proposal processing
• Guide branch credit teams and ensure credit quality across the area
