Area Credit Manager - Large Corporate and Mid Corporate
Key Objective of the Job: To handle responsibilities mapped to the profile of an Area Credit Manager, which includes:
- Handling and evaluating/assessing CAM Notes as well as financial models submitted by the Business Team.
- Preparing credit notes/financial models with accurate information gathered from the business team, public domain, and other resources.
- Structuring transactions in a feasible manner that complies with internal credit policies and regulatory frameworks.
- Capturing critical analyses of the business, promoters, industry, financials, and other specific risks related to particular transactions.
- Adequately articulating the risks and respective mitigants along with the sanction conditions/recommendations.
- At least a few years of work experience in underwriting in the large/mid corporate segment, comprising the evaluation of high-ticket-size exposures.
