Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site role based in Gaya for the position of Area Credit Manager. The Area Credit Manager will be responsible for overseeing and managing the credit operations within assigned areas, ensuring adherence to credit policies, and assessing creditworthiness. Key responsibilities include analyzing and evaluating loan applications, monitoring credit risk, conducting financial analysis, ensuring compliance with company policies, and implementing measures to mitigate risks. The role also includes mentoring and training team members to maintain high performance and operational efficiency.

Qualifications

  • Proficiency in Credit Management and Credit Risk Management
  • Strong Analytical Skills and proficiency in Financial analysis
  • Understanding of Credit processes and principles
  • Excellent leadership, communication, and decision-making abilities
  • Ability to work effectively in an on-site environment and manage regional responsibilities
  • Relevant experience in a financial organization, preferably in microfinance or NBFC
  • Bachelor's or Master's degree in Finance, Business Administration, or a related field
