Job Description

To lead and manage the credit underwriting, risk assessment, and portfolio monitoring of business loans in the assigned area, ensuring high-quality credit decisions, compliance with regulatory guidelines, and achievement of business growth targets.

• Conductfinancialanalysis,riskassessment,andduediligence.

• Ensure adherence to credit policies and regulatory norms.

• Monitor loan performance and identify early warning signals.

• Implement risk mitigation strategies to reduce NPAs.

• Regularly review portfolio quality and recommend corrective actions.
