Key Responsibilities – Student Outreach & Admission Support

• Conduct regular school visits, student counselling sessions, and college visits within the assigned territory.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with principals, teachers, counsellors, and local education stakeholders.
• Organise seminars, career counselling sessions, workshops, and student engagement activities.
• Generate quality student leads through on-ground outreach, school visits, and local marketing initiatives.
• Follow up with prospective students and parents through calls, meetings, and counselling sessions to facilitate the admission process.
• Guide students regarding courses, eligibility criteria, career opportunities, fee structures, and admission procedures.
• Support prospective students throughout the admission journey, from initial enquiry to application and enrolment.
• Maintain regular communication with students and parents to address queries and ensure timely completion of admission formalities.
• Coordinate with admission counsellors to ensure effective lead allocation, follow-ups, and case progression.
• Conduct local marketing, BTL activities, and regional outreach campaigns to strengthen institutional visibility.
• Identify potential schools, educational institutions, and local partnership opportunities to expand outreach networks.
• Maintain daily activity reports, lead MIS, follow-up records, and admission progress updates.
• Monitor lead progression, identify gaps in follow-ups, and suggest improvements in the admission process.
• Track competitor activities, local market trends, and student preferences to strengthen outreach initiatives.
• Support campus visits, admission events, and outreach campaigns to enhance student engagement and enrolment.
• Ensure a positive student and parent experience through timely communication, personalized guidance, and consistent follow-up.
