Area Contract Logistics Customer Retention Specialist

We are seeking a dynamic and customer-focused Customer Retention Specialist to join our Contract Logistics team.

How you create impact

• Own and manage all customer retention activities for a designated portfolio, including reporting, customer training, proactive renewal planning, and timely follow-ups.
• Coordinate closely with internal teams and external stakeholders to support retention efforts, ensuring alignment with commercial policies and customer expectations.
• Maintain high service performance standards by proactively monitoring customer satisfaction and working with local teams to resolve issues promptly and effectively.
• Identify and drive continuous improvement and innovation initiatives by leveraging internal resources to enhance customer experience and operational efficiency.
• Lead the implementation and execution of customer engagement programs, including deployment, user training, tool optimization, and ongoing improvement planning.
• Analyze customer needs and identify opportunities to expand service offerings, supporting business growth through upselling and scope enhancement within existing accounts.

What we would like you to bring

• 2-3 years of experience in Contract Logistics / Customer Success / Contract Management or similar environment
• Strong understanding of Contract Logistics (CL) operations (non-negotiable)
• Proven experience in contract lifecycle management, including renewals and negotiations
• Demonstrated ability in customer relationship management across multiple accounts
• Experience managing MBRs (Monthly Business Reviews) and QBRs (Quarterly Business Reviews)
• Strong stakeholder management skills, with the ability to collaborate across internal and external teams
• Ability to act as an escalation point, handling conflicts and driving resolution effectively
• Excellent communication, negotiation, and conflict management skills
• Strong analytical and data interpretation skills to drive customer insights and retention strategies
• Exposure to multi-vertical industries (Technology, Consumer, Healthcare) is an advantage
• Willingness to travel for monthly warehouse visits (Gurgaon/Delhi)
• Comfortable working in a Pan India customer environment with potential global interactions
