Area Collections Manager

Key Deliverables:

• Strategize and drive collections for the assigned region, ensuring compliance with collection processes
• Control roll rates and recovery from delinquent portfolios, managing bucket-wise delinquencies
• Develop and implement collection strategies and SOPs aligned with regulatory compliance
• Monitor delinquent portfolios daily, review KPIs, and optimize processes for efficiency and superior client experience

Role Responsibilities:

• Analyze collection process effectiveness and implement course corrections based on data insights
• Manage stakeholder communications and resolve disagreements professionally
• Drive data-driven decisions to improve collection outcomes and operational efficiency
• Deliver on business goals and long-term milestones while managing high-pressure situations and deadlines
