Job Description
Perpetuity Capital is looking for AREA COLLECTIONS MANAGER to join our dynamic team and embark on a rewarding career journey
- Oversee the collections team and ensure timely collection of receivables.
- Develop and implement collection strategies to minimize overdue accounts.
- Monitor aging reports and prioritize collection efforts accordingly.
- Communicate with customers regarding payment arrangements and resolutions.
- Analyze delinquent accounts and recommend appropriate actions.
- Prepare regular reports on collection performance and trends.
- Coordinate with other departments to resolve billing and payment discrepancies.
- Ensure compliance with company policies and regulations related to collections.
