Job Description

• Collections Target Achievement:Driverecoveryandachievemonthly/quarterlycollectiontargetsforassignedarea.

• Team Leadership:ManagealargeteamofCollectionOfficers/Agencies,ensuringproductivityandadherencetoKPIs.

• Process Compliance:EnsurecompliancewithRBIguidelines,companySOPs,andauditrequirements.

• Performance Monitoring:Conductweeklyreviews,trackdelinquencybuckets,andimplementcorrectiveactions.

• Vendor Management:Onboard,train,andevaluatethird-partycollectionagenciesensurebackgroundchecksandperformancereviews.

• Customer Engagement:Liaisewithcustomerstoresolvequeries,negotiaterepaymentplans,andhandleescalations.

• Legal Support: Assist in police/legal matters related to recovery cases.
