Job Description

  • Manage and monitor the operations of multiple CDX outlets within the assigned region.

  • Visit colleges, universities, hospitals, and institutions to promote the CDX format and identify potential new locations.

  • Build and maintain strong relationships with institutional partners and decision-makers.

  • Drive sales, profitability, and brand visibility across all CDX outlets.

  • Ensure compliance with company standards, hygiene, food safety, and service quality.

  • Train and mentor outlet teams for efficient operations and superior customer service.

  • Conduct periodic performance reviews, audits, and operational evaluations.

  • Collaborate with the marketing team for local promotions and brand activations.

  • Analyze performance metrics and prepare reports for management review.

  • Manage budgets, cost controls, and operational efficiency across outlets.

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Hospitality, Marketing, or related field.

  • Strong communication, negotiation, and relationship management skills.

  • Proven ability to handle multi-location operations.

  • Proficiency in MS Office and basic POS systems.

  • Willingness to travel extensively within the assigned territory.
