Designation - District / Area Business Manager

Location - Kochi, Vijayawada & Jaipur

Poly Medicure is an India-based manufacturer and exporter of medical devices. It supplies its products to approximately 100 countries. Its products include Safety I.V. Cannula with Adva Needle Technology, Quick Flashback I.V. Cannula, Style/Mandrin with luer lock, Central Venous Catheters, Suction Catheters, Oxygen Mask with Reservoir, Fixed Concentration Mask, Infant Feeding Tube, Thoracic Drainage Catheter-Straight, Dialysis Machine, Hemodialysis Catheter, Mucus Extractors and Blood Collection Needle. Business Unit - Transfusion Systems - Blood Bags

Roles and Responsibilities -

  • The incumbent will be responsible for driving sales of the product range.
  • Responsible for driving revenue and profitability goals of a region across all customer segments
  • Identify, develop & manage different channels of business (distributors & direct sales) in the area.
  • Responsible for developing, monitoring sales activities and implementing corrective actions to achieve targets.
  • Identify market development opportunities and increase unit growth, profitability and category share for assigned customers.
  • To build and maintain relationships with internal and external stakeholders.
  • Coordination with purchase authorities and distributor/dealer for ensuring supply and liquidation of products.

Desired Candidate Profile-

  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Able to multitask, prioritize, and manage time efficiently.
  • Goal-oriented, organized team player.
  • Strong business acumen, with ability to handle price negotiation and discussion.
  • Should be good at building relationships with internal and external customers.
  • The candidate must have a minimum of 2 years of relevant experience in the similar products.
