Role Overview
We are looking for dynamic, self-motivated, and result-oriented Management Trainees to join our EPC Solar Sales team at the Pune location. This role focuses on B2B sales, SME client acquisition, and channel partner development for solar EPC projects.
Roles & Responsibilities
- Assist in B2B sales activities for Solar EPC projects (Rooftop & Ground-mounted).
- Identify, develop, and manage Channel Partners, Distributors, and SME clients.
- Generate new business leads through field visits, references, and market mapping.
- Follow up with prospective clients and support deal closures.
- Assist in proposal preparation, quotations, and basic cost estimations.
- Coordinate with internal teams (Design, Projects, SCM) for smooth project execution.
- Conduct market research and competitor analysis in the Pune and nearby regions.
- Achieve assigned sales targets and support revenue growth.
- Maintain client database, MIS reports, and sales documentation.
- Participate in meetings, presentations, and product awareness sessions.
Eligibility & Qualification
- MBA (Sales/Marketing) or Any Graduation
- Freshers are welcome (training will be provided)
- Good communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills
- Willingness to travel locally and regionally as required
- Strong interest in Solar EPC, B2B Sales, and Channel Sales
- Basic knowledge of solar or renewable energy will be an added advantage
