Role Description

This full-time, on-site role in different locations of Uttar Pradesh for an Area Business Manager at SK Finance Ltd. The Area Business Manager will oversee the overall performance of multiple branches within the assigned region, ensuring achievement of business targets, effective team management, and operational efficiency. Key responsibilities include driving sales targets, building and maintaining relationships with clients, managing team members, ensuring adherence to compliance and company regulations, and developing strategic initiatives to expand business growth. The role also requires monitoring market trends and ensuring the delivery of exceptional customer service.

• Proficiency in team leadership, performance management, and creating development plans.
• Knowledge of financial services, regulatory compliance, and market analysis.
• Strong communication, problem-solving, and decision-making skills.
• Ability to adapt to dynamic environments with a focus on customer experience and operational excellence.
• Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Finance, or related field. MBA is a plus.
• Prior experience in a similar role within the financial industry is highly desirable.
