Key Responsibilities

  • Drive sales growth and achieve business targets across Jharkhand.
  • Develop and maintain strong relationships with interventional cardiologists, cath labs, and hospitals.
  • Build, engage and maintain strong professional relationships with KOLs across the assigned territory.
  • Lead, coach and motivate the sales team to maximize performance.
  • Identify new business opportunities and expand market presence.
  • Execute product launches, promotional activities, CMEs, workshops, and conferences.
  • Monitor market trends, competitor activities, and customer feedback.
  • Ensure timely reporting, forecasting, and effective territory management.

Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree/ Master's degree in Science, Pharmacy, Life Sciences, or a related field.
  • 5–6 years of experience in medical devices, preferably inInterventional Cardiology.
  • Proven experience in team handling and achieving sales targets.
  • Excellent communication, leadership, negotiation, and relationship-building skills.
  • Willingness to travel extensively across the assigned territory.
