Maintaining brand standards

1. Make sure the new projects/stores are Brand compliant with Standard SOPs

Relationship with franchisee store

1. Make sure the payment sent to franchisees are received on time

2. Negotiate with the franchisees to make sure the stock at the store doesn't go on hold

Conducting training sessions

1. Ensure achievement of personal goal for all front-line sales employee at Brand Factory
