- Ensure execution of footfall generation plans and monitor the quality of footfall in stores
- Provide inputs for store business plans to align with regional goals
Competition Mapping & Business Development
- Compile and analyze competition data including sales, offers, and merchandise across locations
- Identify emerging threats and opportunities in the market
- Generate leads for the Regional Manager regarding business potential and prospects for new store openings
3Franchisee Management
- Act as the key relationship manager with franchisees to ensure operational compliance with SOPs
- Encourage franchisee investment and support operational aspects of the franchise network
Merchandise Management
- Conduct regular store visits to recommend merchandise changes and identify gaps
- Provide actionable insights to improve product offerings based on store-level feedback
Store Operations Management
- Monitor and ensure timely store openings
- Oversee daily operations ensuring compliance with cash management, stock management, cost control, housekeeping, and staff attendance policies
- Manage recruitment and onboarding for new stores including adherence to store opening checklists
SOP Compliance & Store Audits
- Undertake regular store audits to identify and rectify compliance gaps
- Maintain and enhance store standards consistently
7. Consumer Insights & Relationship Building
- Ensure compliance in consumer information collection and maintain high registration rates
- Analyze consumer demographics across stores to tailor business strategies accordingly
- Build and maintain rapport with top customers at each store (approx. 20 per store)
Team Management & Development
- Hire Store Managers under the guidance of the Regional Manager
- Conduct quarterly appraisals and performance reviews for Store Managers
- Motivate and engage store teams to achieve business objectives
- Set weekly sales targets aligned with market trends and business expectations
- Monitor compliance with spend budgets and set monthly expenditure limits
- Facilitate training programs to improve skills of Customer Care Associates and Store Managers and ensure adherence to the training calendar
