Responsibilities
· The incumbent will be responsible for driving sales of the Renal Care product range in the assigned state.
· Responsible for driving revenue and profitability goals of the region across all customer segments.
· Identify, develop, and manage different business channels (distributors and direct sales) in the area.
· Responsible for developing and monitoring sales activities and implementing corrective actions to achieve targets.
· Work closely with the Key Account team and explore new accounts/business opportunities to build Polymed's customer pool.
· Identify market development opportunities and increase unit growth, profitability, and category share for assigned customers.
· Build and maintain relationships with internal and external stakeholders.
· Coordinate with purchase authorities and distributors/dealers to ensure supply and liquidation of products.
· Ensure programmatic engagement between the company and key accounts.
Qualifications
· Degree in Pharma or Science
. Degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Business Management from any B-School
. Minimum 3 years in sales in medical devices / Pharma Industry preferably in Nephrology / Renal care products.
