Role Description
This is a full-time, on-site role for an Area Business Manager based in Khammam/Suryapet. The Area Business Manager will handle a team of 3-4 BDE's and oversee the implementation of business growth strategies, manage client relationships, and identify opportunities for expanding the organization's market presence in Khammam/Suryapet. Daily responsibilities include meeting sales targets, driving team performance, coordinating with internal teams, and ensuring the satisfaction of key stakeholders. The role also involves analyzing market trends, mapping territory plans, and conducting periodic performance reviews to ensure optimal outcomes.
